The single-system flat knitting machine has two types of needle beds: milling type or insert type. This series has two models: with a comb or without a comb. This series can weave basic knitting patterns (full needle, single side, Etc.), multi-color irregular jacquard, and twisted weft knitting. Product Characteristics


The linear velocity of the head can reach 1.2m/s. The stroke can be adjusted according to the weaving width. Fast response and accurate location can avoid invalid movements and increase production efficiency. Each system is equipped with five functions, such as rib transfer, weaving, tuck, non-weave, and pin. In addition, it is secured by short-circuited electric magnet,motor overcurrent, Locked-Rotor, etc.

The following points are very important and must be done:
1. Every production unit should be cleaning the needle bed with an air compressor, make sure there is no dust on the needle, yarn feeder, yarn feeder guide rail, out of the carriage, brush…cleaning the workshop regularly.
2. Add lubricant to the needle bed, needle stitch, yarn feeder guide rail, carriage guide rail, keep all the transmission parts lubricated.
3. Machine discontinued using long time or temporary, need to apply with anti-rust oil for the needle bed and other parts at first, the machine also needs to be covered.
